Marvel have revealed the first trailer for What If…? Season 3, well the first proper trailer, if we don’t count the clip released at the end of Season 2. The trailer shows off a few familiar faces and a host of new characters for the series, some of which are making their MCU debut, check it out.

In Season 3, iconic characters embark on journeys of unexpected choices, transforming their realities into thrilling alternate versions of the MCU. Guided by The Watcher, viewers will explore fresh genres and grand spectacles, meeting an array of astonishing new characters. Boasting an impressive voice cast, the season sees stars returning to their legendary roles. Fan favourites such as Captain America/Sam Wilson, The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes, Hulk/Bruce Banner, The Red Guardian, Captain Peggy Carter, Agatha Harkness, Shang-Chi, and Storm the Goddess of Thunder, among others, will feature prominently.

As for when you can watch it, the premiere will happen on December 22nd and then every day for the next 7 days will be a new episode, which is the same release cadence that Season 2 got. That means there are 8 episodes in total and will lead you right up to the end of the year, almost.
