Having been announced two years ago, Fatshark have revealed that Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has a release date and will launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S on September 13.

Following up on the best-selling and award-winning Vermintide franchise, the highly-anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is an intense 4-player co-op action game set in the hive city of Tertium. Fight together with your friends against hordes of enemies in this new Warhammer 40,000 experience.

Players will not be able to hide behind lethal ranged weapons; they'll need to combine both FPS and melee skills as they get up close and personal in visceral clashes between Imperium and Chaos factions.
