Tomb Raider Reloaded is blasting onto mobile next week
CDE Entertainment, the group that oversees Crystal Dynamics and Eidos, have announced that Tomb Raider Reloaded will blast to release on mobile devices on February 14th. Part of the news includes a new trailer, which you can check out below.
Tomb Raider Reloaded takes players on an action-filled adventure as they jump into the boots of Lara Croft on her swan-diving, cliff-climbing, back-flipping quest to obtain the ancient Scion artifact, clearing ever-changing rooms filled with new and familiar enemies as well as hazardous traps and puzzles. Along the way, they’ll acquire run-specific boosts alongside permanent rewards, like XP modifiers, runes that improve Lara’s stats, and manuals used to unlock and upgrade her outfits, such as her fan-favourite bomber jacket. As players progress through each level, they can stack perks to enhance Lara’s abilities, and even craft weapons to upgrade her arsenal.
The new that will make old school Tomb Raider fans happy is that the game has voice and Lara will be voiced, one again, by Keeley Hawes. Hawes is not the original actress to voice Lara, but she has done the most, with Tomb Raider: Legend, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Tomb Raider: Underworld, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris being her early titles.
As a mobile game, pre-registrations can take place on Android and anyone who does, will get a gold version of Lara’s iconic guns.
