Time to get ready to grow again as Farming Simulator 22 is announced

Giants Software have again announced another yearly entry in the long running and surprisingly popular series, Farming Simulator 22, while there are not a lot of details, there is a teaser trailer, which you can check out below.

With new features and improvements, Farming Simulator 22 will allow every aspiring farmer to creatively build their farm no matter the age or real - life profession. Either on their own, or cooperatively in multiplayer for up to 8 players on consoles and 16 on PC and Mac.

“We are further growing with our games”, comments GIANTS Software CEO Christian Ammann, “and the upcoming result of our cultivated ambitions will be a milestone in the series’ history as well as our company, which developed into a self-determined publisher in full control of its product.”

One of the biggest changes to this years release is that the seasons will now change, with the addition of seasonal cycles – as well as other features to be announced soon

With a set of more than 400 machines and tools from more than 100 authentic agricultural brands including new categories, players can look forward to an improved and realistic-as-ever simulation. But even for new players, it will be easy to dive into agriculture, animal husbandry (including cuter animals) and forestry.

The big change for the developer is that they are now self publishing the game and while there is no release date yet, it will release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Mac, when it does.
