Three fan favourite Resident Evil games are hitting next gen platforms
Capcom have announced that later in 2022, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 owners will be able to enjoy the recent Resident Evil titles, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, as they are brought to the consoles, complete with enhancements across the board.
All three titles will tout cutting-edge features including ray tracing, high frame rate and 3D audio to enhance the immersion of the award-winning experiences. For PlayStation 5 players, all three titles also feature engaging DualSense support for Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers.
For those players who already own the games on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, a free upgrade to the next-gen edition will be available. For PC players, a free patch will be made available, allowing for the better visuals to be provided.
As of now, we have no idea on when these games will come, only that it will be sometime this year, but for now, we have a screen from each to enjoy, here is your first look at Resident Evil 2 on next-gen systems.
