A few weeks ago, a leak popped up that showed off a purple version of their Lunar Shift controller and now Xbox have announced that it is real and is set to launch here on February 21st, so two weeks from now.

As with some other special edition controllers, Xbox are including a special dynamic background for owners. Dynamic backgrounds are animated augments that bring your Xbox dashboard to life. This is how Xbox have described the new background.

Bask in the deep purple and blue swirling design as you venture off to wherever your Xbox takes you.
