The Sony Foundation Australia is back to raise more money to help those fighting cancer
Once again Sony Foundation Australia is running another Gaming4Life charity stream event, where local streamers and content creators can help raise money for their ‘You Can’ program, which supports 18-25 year olds with cancer.
The goal is to to raise $50,000, which in turn will be able to fund 5,000 nights of emergency accommodation for regional youth cancer patients. Every $100 raised will fund 1 night of emergency accommodation for regional youth cancer patient and their family when they travel to the city for lifesaving treatment.
Maxi-Geek will be helping to raise money for the first time, donations can be made here now, but the streaming won’t take place until November 1st, look for the full schedule soon.
