Team17 and developer Le Catnip Collective have announced Jumping Jazz Cats, a new party game where 9 players can come together to determine who has that feline instinct. Check out the announcement trailer for the game below.

The Ellington Estate, a whimsical cartoon mansion, is where the excitement unfolds. Its winding staircases, numerous rooms, and corridors are brimming with cunning diversions, an urban sprawl of furnishings, and an array of surprises!

Slide down handrails, dangle from chandeliers, rebound off cushions, execute acrobatic leaps, glide over slick surfaces, and scale the drapes.

These friendly mini-games, designed for team play, feature thrilling races, plump cat collect-a-thons, and grand face-offs between stealthy shadow cats and regal lions! Victory requires your cat crew to work together and execute the most graceful feline parkour manoeuvres. Players will also be able to dress their kitty up in a variety of outfits, because as we all know cats love that.

The game supports 9 players online, but 4 players can take part in local split-screen. There are 6 maps planned for the game and 6 cat inspired mini-games, which you can mix and match to create your own purrfect game.
