The Lords of the Fallen is revealed with it's nightmare fuel trailer
Almost 9 years after the release of the crowd splitting Lords of the Fallen, we’ve finally been given some more insight into the next entry into this knights and demons world. Being narrated by Milly Alcock, we’ve been given a new gameplay teaser at The 2022 Game Awards.
Three months after the initial reveal, we’ve been given another glimpse into the upcoming dark Action RPG The Lords of the Fallen. The first title was slated as one of the first major souls-like titles after the boom of Dark Souls, and whilst it fell short in a lot of people’s eyes, murmurs of a return had gotten many people interested.
Like many games revealed at this year’s Game Awards, The Lords of the Fallen doesn’t have a definitive release date. It is slated to release for all next gen consoles as well as PC with a tentative 2023 release date. The game is currently available to wishlist on Steam if you wish. Whilst the trailer is more so a rehash of the original with Milly Alcock’s voice, the small addition of gameplay has gotten people excited once more. Unfortunately the gameplay itself is only a small snippet so you’ll have to make your own call on whether the seemingly more heavy style is for you.
