Developer Heart Machine and Gearbox Publishing have released the first gameplay trailer for Hyper Light Breaker, but also the news that its early access launch is being delayed until later in the year.

In this sequel to the very well received Hyper Light Drifter, players will enter the Overgrowth, a forgotten land in the world of Hyper Light. Play alone or with friends to explore open worlds, fight brutal monsters, unlock gear, create new builds, take on the mysterious Crowns and overthrow the ominous Abyss King.

The game was meant to release into early access sometime in the autumn months this year, but has now been set to release sometime in the spring months, with no specific reason as to why.
