The Elder Scrolls Online will end the year with a hot new chapter, Firesong
Zenimax Online Studios, the folks behind The Elder Scrolls Online, hosted a live stream the other day, in which they detailed their end of year content plans, one piece of which is the final chapter to the High Isle storyline that has been running all year long.
On November 1 for PC and Mac and November 15 for consoles, Firesong will arrive and it will mark the end of the Legacy of the Bretons storyline that has been running all year long. Available now however is the Firesong Prolouge, which is a free update that adds in a new quest, to help you get ready for the full update in November.
In this new quest, you team up with Dhulef of the Mages Guild and Druid Laurel of the Stonelore in a race to uncover the secret of the legendary Druid King and his connection to the growing conflict among the druid circles of the Systres Archipelago.
Complete the Firesong Prologue and you earn the Petal Presentation emote as an additional bonus reward, as shown below.
While the final update will require people to buy it using in-game coins, known as Crowns, it could be free, as there is an event running called Heroes of High Isle and should the community come together and achieve the 100% rank in it, all High Isle owners will get the update for free.
