The Division Resurgence is welcoming in more players for its next test

Ubisoft Forward showed a lot of games, but only a handful got deep dives, one title that didn’t get a lot of time in the spotlight was The Division Resurgence, the mobile entry in the series. It did however confirm a new series of tests and drop a new CGI trailer, which you can check out below.

While a CGI trailer always looks nice, playing the game is better and that is where the testing phase comes into play. Much like any other modern day title, public testing will help ensure that the dev team are making the right decisions, but also that the servers can handle the load.

The team have announced that a new roadmap is happening, with the first Regional Beta happening starting tonight. As a Regional Beta, you must be in one of the countries below to take part:

  • Australia

  • Chile

  • Denmark

  • Finland

  • Netherland

  • Norway

  • Spain

  • Sweden

This first phase, which you have to register for, will run until July 25th and at that point all progress will be reset before server maintenance is performed and then another regional beta takes place. Below is the roadmap as it stands today.

With the team aiming for a Spring 2023 release, that could mean anytime in September, but October is more likely, there isn’t long to wait for those players who want to play the game and experience it all. If you have played the game in other tests before, check out this post to learn all about the changes that player feedback has helped deliver, including controller support.
