The debut title SlavicPunk: Oldtimer will send players into a cyberpunk, neo-noir filled world
Indie developer Red Square Games have announced their debut title SlavicPunk: Oldtimer, a game that mixes cyberpunk with neo-nior and throws in a gritty private investigator for good measure, check out the debut trailer for the game below.
The game stars meet Yanus, a troubled private investigator fighting his inner demons, an array of city gangs and an ominous corporation that apparently brought down the city he once loved. Discover what lurks beneath the bright neon light and the cold concrete walls of this world in a story by Polish author Michał Gołkowski.
SlavicPunk: Oldtimer is an isometric shooter video game, as well as providing players a modular weapon upgrade system, thanks to which the players actions will have them striding through the dark corners of the city may make every encounter feel and look different. Action-packed levels with stealth elements, hacking and environmental puzzle solving are intertwined with more slow-paced sequences of city exploration, side quests and storytelling.
The game is aiming for a release in the second quarter of this year, so April 1st til June 30, but there is no set date yet. When it does release, it will be for PC and there is nothing about any console releases.
