System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster has been announced

Well, we say that System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster has been announced, but it was announced some time ago as System Shock 2: Enhanced Edition, the new name reflects the 25th anniversary of the game.
Details on this version are scarce, but that is because the developer has promised more details will be revealed, including the games release date on March 20th USA time, or March 21st for us. For now we have the platforms confirmed and the synopsis, that is below.
As expected the game is coming to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, as they were already confirmed to be getting the original version of the game. However PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are new, as is Nintendo Switch. The latter platform is odd, as the first remastered effort has not been released there.
It’s the year 2114. As you awake from cryo sleep on the FTL ship Von Braun, you are unable to remember who or where you are… and something has gone terribly wrong. Hybrid mutants and deadly robots roam the halls while the cries from the remaining crew reverberate through the cold hull of the ship. SHODAN, a rogue AI bent on the destruction of mankind has taken over, and it’s up to you to stop her. Delve through the corridors of the derelict ship Von Braun and immerse yourself in the story-rich atmosphere and environment. Explore deck by deck and unravel the horrifying fate of the Von Braun and her crew.
Given that the game is coming from Nightdive, I would expect things like 4K and 120fps to be including in the details, we just need to wait for those.
