During the recent Nintendo Direct Mini, Square Enix were on hand to reveal that NieR: Automata is coming to Switch and set to release this October 6. Check out the reveal trailer for the game below.

The game was first released back in 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PC, with Xbox One getting it a year later, with development of the game handled by Platinum Games. The game is a sequel to the 2010 release, which got a remastering and port to new platforms last year, which we reviewed.
