Star Wars Episode 1: Jedi Power Battles is getting revived in early 2025
Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games have announced that on January 23rd, 2025, Star Wars is back again with the updated release of Episode 1 Jedi Power Battles, coming to all platforms. Check out the reveal trailer below.
The game was originally released on the PlayStation and Dreamcast, but with this release has a few additions to the line up. Of course the big addition will be updated visuals, so the game looks as good as it can on modern hardware, but it will also offer up modern controls as well.
The game will also offer up its full roster of playable characters, no more needing to unlock them one at a time and modes like versus and training, which came in later releases, will be included here as well.
Players will be able to wield the power of the Jedi as Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, Adi Gallia, and Qui-Gon Jinn. For those seeking a non-Jedi approach to a game called Jedi Power Battles, Darth Maul, Captain Panaka, Queen Amidala and more will be available. Beating the game once will unlock the remaining roster which includes Rifle Droid, Tucker Raider and more.
The game is coming to Switch, PC, PlayStation and Xbox on January 23rd, 2025.
