Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 reveals key art and ticket sell dates
Lucasfilm have released the official poster and art for Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, which you might have guessed, is taking place in Japan. Star Wars Celebration is taking place on April 18-20, 2025 at Makuhari Messe in Japan.
While we have a larger, cropped version above, the full poster is below. Here is how its been described by Lucasfilm.
The key art has been created in the traditional Japanese black ink painting style known as sumi-e, with Darth Vader placed in the foreground. Brush strokes extend from the Sith Lord to the branches of a cherry blossom tree, leading to AT-ATs, X-wings, and TIE fighters. The Rising Sun of the Japanese flag balances the image, with Mount Fuji featured in its center.
I think it looks amazing.
In addition to the poster, they released a teaser below, but its just footage from older shows, so not really worth watching. We did learn though that tickets will go on sale this May 3rd at 9am AEST. Anyone who bought a 2023 VIP Ticket will get a 24 hour pre-sale window to buy their tickets for the next show, but there is no word on any restrictions on tickets available at this time.
