Some classic Telltale Games make a return on PC

Telltale Games may no longer be the studio they once were, but they are around still, just with some new owners, but one of their current tasks is to bring back some of their classic series.

Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures and Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People have both been re-released on digital stores for PC, to allow gamers to play them again.

Based on the award-winning Aardman characters, Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures is a point-and-click interactive story series comprising four episodes, each seeing the affable inventor and his loyal dog through madcap exploits full of mishaps and humor.

Based on the Strong Bad Emails animated shorts Homestarrunner.com web series created by Mike and Matt Chapman, the five-episode series features the loudmouthed, wrestling-masked Strong Bad, and takes players on a crazy trip through the creative landscape of Free Country, USA.

The most random addition though is that of Telltale Texas Hold’em!, a 3D poker game featuring a virtual personality A.I. system that uniquely captures the interplay between the fully animated characters as much as the card action.

There is no word on other games from the Telltale Collection hitting PC, or if these will hit other platforms, but it is nice to see some return.
