Slavic Punk: Oldtimer will begin its investigation later this month
Red Square Games have announced that their debut game Slavic Punk, will be released onto PC on June 28th, taking players into a cyberpunk world, which has been inspired by the world around the developers. Check out the latest trailer for the game below.
SlavicPunk: Oldtimer is an isometric shooter, its story based upon the literary works by Michał Gołkowski, a renown Polish science-fiction and fantasy author. It was Michał Gołkowski that created the story of Yanus, a private investigator with a troubled past, who now tries to resolve what seems to be his last case. Attempting to retrieve a stolen data carrier, Yanus fights not only the city gangs, but also his inner demons as he unravels the mystery of a nigh-omnipotent corporation responsible for the downfall of the city he once used to call his own.
In the game players will get to see a mix of cyberpunk and neo-noir, along with body mods and synthetic foods. Weapons are going to play a big part in the action, given its a shooter you would hope so, but each of the weapons will behave unlike the others. Learning what weapons suit your play style and then using them effectively in combat, will require some real skill.
The game is only coming to PC at this stage, but it will be available via Steam and GOG
