Rune Factory 5 is set to dig up a release on PC next month
Marvelous Europe and XSeed have announced that Rune Factory 5, which released on Switch earlier in the year, will now release on PC on July 15th and in celebration of that, they have a new trailer for the game below, check it out.
When the game came to Switch we did review it, and we said “Rune Factory 5 is here and gives fans of the series more of what they want“, but there were some issues with it, so the PC release should help with those.
Both English and Japanese voice tracks will be available in Rune Factory 5 along with features new to the series such as link attacks, co-op cooking, and same-sex marriage. Owners of Rune Factory 4 Special on Steam will also receive a special bonus in Rune Factory 5: in addition to outfits inspired by past protagonists Lest and Frey, fan-favourites Doug and Margaret will come live in Rigbarth as guest NPCs.
There will also be DLC released after the game launches, they can be bought on their own or players can get the digital deluxe edition, giving them all the content at a discounted price.
