Rune Factory 3 Special announced for Switch and more Rune Factory to come
During the Nintendo Direct, Marvelous revealed that Rune Factory 3 Special was coming to Switch, joining Rune Factory 4 and Rune Factory 5 and beyond that, even more Rune Factory is coming.
In Rune Factory 3 Special take on the role of Micah, a young man with the power to turn into a golden sheep-like monster known as a wooly. Rescued by a young woman after falling headfirst into the provincial town of Sharance, Micah awakens with no memories of his past and soon finds himself embroiled in a longstanding conflict between humans and monsters. Micah must work to build bridges between the races to restore peace, all while uncovering a shocking secret of his own.
The game first released back in 2011 on the Nintendo DS, note the lack of 3 there, so it has been a while since this entry was in the spotlight. There is no date for the game yet, outside of 2023 and while it is only for Switch, most of the Marvelous games do tend to appear on other platforms in time.
