Rocksmith+ has tuned in a new instrument, with Pianos now included
Ubisoft’s Rocksmith+ has been rocking out for a while now, but a new update is tuning in another instrument as the app now supports Piano.
Players can use their piano or keyboard with the Rocksmith+ app using their phone or tablet mic or connect directly on all platforms with digital pianos, keyboards, or MIDI controllers using a wired MIDI interface. Rocksmith+ supports key ranges between 25-88 keys. Start learning piano quickly with Rocksmith+’s interactive 3D interface or use sheet music view for a more traditional notation.
With over 400 arrangements on the service now, with 40 or so expected to be added each month, there will be lots to tickle the ivories to.
Access to the service is done via a monthly subscription, though there is a 7 day free trial to see if it works for you first, but you have to agree to a 12 month subscription to get it. You can pay month to month or pay for chunks of time at once, to get a slight discount. Here are the local prices for the service:
1 Month - $19.95
3 Months - $54.95 ($18.32 per month)
12 Months - $139.95 - ($11.66 per month)
As you can see, the more you buy at once the cheaper it can be, that trial can be cancelled within the 7 days at no cost, but if you don’t then you buy 12 months at once. All the terms of it can be found here.
