Redfall welcomes a release date for its vampiric adventure via the Xbox Developer Direct

Bethesda and developer Arkane Austin have announced that Redfall will release on May 2nd, ending their portion of the Xbox & Bethesda Developer Direct with the good news. Of course, the presentation was packed with new details across the board.

The game isn’t just about taking down vampires, though you will do a lot of that. No the main goal of Redfall is to take down all the enemies, in order to make the world a bit safer for the folks that still call it home. The world is broken up into neighbourhoods and within each, there are Vampire Underbosses and taking them down will reward you with special ‘keys’ that will unlock special areas. You know what, check out the gameplay deep dive below.

The game can be ordered now and those that do, have the option of getting the base game or the Bite Back Edition, which includes a Hero Pass, which will grant access to more heroes after the games release. Check out the video below to see all that is included.
