Red Dead Redemption rides on once again
Get ready to dust off that cowboy hat, as Rockstar have announced that Red Dead Redemption is saddling up on Switch and PlayStation 4 next week, at least digitally.
Included is the complete single-player experiences of both games, Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare, but players will also find the bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition as well. In addition to both classic, single-player experiences, newly supported languages include, for the first time, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Latin American Spanish.
When federal agents threaten his family, former outlaw John Marston is forced to hunt down the gang of criminals he once called friends. Experience Marston’s journey across the sprawling expanses of the American West and Mexico as he fights to bury his blood-stained past in the critically acclaimed predecessor to the 2018 blockbuster, Red Dead Redemption 2
Also included is Undead Nightmare, the hallowed story expansion that reimagines the world of Red Dead Redemption as Marston fights to survive a relentless zombie horde and searches for a cure in a spooky, supernatural twist on the Western genre.
While the game will be out digitally on August 17th, it won’t arrive physically until October 13th, should you be wanting to get it that way. The game will also be supported on PlayStation 5 via backwards compatibility, if you don’t have your PlayStation 4 hooked up any longer.
