Frontier have announced that the open beta for Planet Zoo will kick off next week, on September 24 and run until October 8, granting players access to the first scenario from the campaign and a little more.

The other mode players will get to test out is the Franchise Mode, or more specifically in the beta, the Franchise mode Beta features Planet Zoo’s online Animal Exchange where players can trade animals to increase genetic diversity and well being in their zoo. At launch, Franchise mode will introduce Daily Challenges and weekly Community Goals that will unite Planet Zoo community behind a shared objective.
