Nvidia is bringing new Ti cards to market, starting this week
Computex is the world’s biggest computer show, this isn’t CES or even PAX, where PC’s are shown off, no this is a PC only show and is all about aspects of the PC, that you might not even think about. But gaming is a big deal for it and Nvidia came to play as they revealed two new cards, one of which is the new 3080Ti.
Check out the first game footage below, featuring DOOM Eternal, enabled for RTX and with DLSS support turned on as well, captured on the new 3080Ti
Powered by the NVIDIA Ampere architecture, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti delivers an incredible leap in performance and fidelity with acclaimed features such as ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS performance-boosting AI, NVIDIA Reflex latency-reduction, NVIDIA Broadcast streaming features and additional memory that allows it to speed through the most popular creator applications as well. It is the new flagship gaming GPU of the RTX lineup. It will be available June 3, with local pricing set at $1,920, but check your local retailer for exact pricing.
“With RTX such a huge success, gamers and creators will be thrilled with performance and features the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti offers,” said Jeff Fisher, senior vice president of the GeForce business unit at NVIDIA. “As the new flagship to the RTX family, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is the ultimate upgrade for GPU enthusiasts of any generation.”
As the statement above showed off, there is also the new 3070 Ti coming as well, which is set to turbocharge the base GeForce RTX 3070. This new Ti GPU boosts performance with more CUDA Cores and super speed GDDR6X memory meaning that altogether, they enable the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to deliver a 1.5X performance improvement versus the previous-gen GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, and a 2X improvement over the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. It will be available June 10, with local pricing for this starting at $959, again check your local store for exact pricing.
