No Man's Sky brings Omega to players in its first major update of 2024
You might think that with 4 major updates and a lot of extra patches in 2023, that the team at Hello Games would slow things down on content updates for No Man’s Sky, but with the release of Omega, that is clearly not the case.
With the release of Omega, there are now 12 major expansions that have been released for the game, with the team claiming that this one might be the biggest to date. There is a lot in the update, so below you will find a few callouts:
Two new ships, the smaller Starborn Runner, an exclusive ship that players will want and the much larger Pirate Dreadnought
Unique customisation options, including a new helmet, jetpack and multi-tool look
Overhauled Expeditions, players can now choose any expedition from the Anomaly in game and also take their favourite ship with them
New missions delivered from aliens you encounter in your travels
