If you recall back a few weeks ago, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was in the Summer Game Fest Showcase, where they revealed a trailer promoting another trailer. Well that new trailer is now here and the below six minutes of gameplay will walk you through all you need to know, in order to be the Space Marine, check it out.

Continue the saga of the legendary Ultramarines Lieutenant Demetrian Titus, a century beyond the events of Space Marine, as he combats the relentless Tyranid hordes to protect the Imperium. Deploy Titus' extraordinary abilities and extensive armaments alone, or join forces with up to two allies embodying Titus' battle brothers, Chairon and Gadriel, in fluid drop-in/drop-out cooperative play.

Choose from six playable classes—Tactical, Assault, Vanguard, Bulwark, Sniper, and Heavy—in "Operations" (PvE) and "Eternal War" (PvP) modes, and personalize them with Space Marine 2's extensive customization system for armor and weapons.

In "Operations" mode, utilize Armoury Data and battlefield experience to enhance each class with up to 25 perks, tailoring your playstyle. Armoury Data also enables you to advance your weapons with each mission, unlocking stronger variants and distinctive cosmetics. The armor and weapon cosmetics acquired in "Operations" can be used in "Eternal War" matches, although perks and weapon upgrades will stay unique to the PvE mode to ensure balance.

The game is coming out on September 9 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
