Nanoleaf are shaping things up with new designs

Nanoleaf have been hard at work over the years, crafting their original lighting panels and more recently the Canvas model, but they are not slowing down because they have announced a new shape that will appear in stores throughout the year, say hello to hexagons.

By slightly rounding the corners of the Hexagons, they offer geometry without rigidity so they can fit into your space naturally, without clashing with your existing decor. The Hexagons have been thoughtfully designed to welcome in that natural element that we as humans innately crave, but that is all too often lost within technology.

One of the new elements to these panels is a mode called Screen Mirror, which takes the lights source from your tv and then uses the panels to match it, extending out your movie or gaming experience. But of course, the classic music mode, where the lights will flash in accordance with the music you play.

While you can pre-order them online, there is no shipping date for them yet, so best to just keep an eye out for them first. If you want to get the other designs, those are available now, we even reviewed the Canvas ones not too long ago, so you can read about that here.
