Metroid Dread gets a new trailer and reveals some important information... spoilers ahead

Since the games reveal at E3 2021, Nintendo have been releasing updates to Metroid Dread in the form of the Dread Reports, sometimes they go into detail about a place or sometimes it is the history of the main games, either way they can be good.

Overnight, Nintendo released the 6th volume of the Dread Report and with it came a new trailer, which shows off new dangers for Samus to face off against, as well as some returning ones. We also get to see new details on some moves, power ups and more, it is a pretty spoiler heavy trailer, so if you would prefer not to see anything, just go and give it a skip.

If you want to check out the full Dread Report, which does confirm things that you might want to avoid, you can do so here, but until then the next report is going to focus more on the history of the Chozo themselves.

Metroid Dread is set to launch on October 8, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
