Knockout Home Fitness is giving new ways to exercise this Spring

Marvelous and XSeed Games have announced that they are bringing Knockout Home Fitness to Switch sometime in the Spring months of 2021, giving players another choice of fitness, check out the trailer for it below.

In Knockout Home Fitness, there will be a number of options, beyond the basic boxing, that means you can choose from Karate, Muay Thai and Boxing, each designed to make you move and burn calories, thanks to four virtual trainers.

By using the motion controls of the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons, players will punch, elbow, knee and kick their way through different workout routines by matching their movement in time with the beat. Those looking to improve their fitness long term can embrace the Personal Training Mode, a daily training program in as little as 15 minutes that is customised to your specific goals, while those looking for something more casual can enjoy 3-minute Fitness Mode, a quick and easy workout with lots of different exercises to explore.

No matter what exercises you choose, every exercise you do will count towards the goal you set yourself, for now we have some screens to enjoy
