Who would have guessed, a new Kirby game. Now officially revealed, Kirby Fighters 2 will let you battle it out as Kirby, or if you really want a challenge, Kirby.

The game features a range of game modes that are available for play solo, or for the full experience with friends. You can play four players locally on one Switch system with a Joy-Con each, or via local play mode, but if you are locked down still, online is also an option.

As you play the game you will earn Fighters Points, which in turn level up your Fighters Rank and as you level up, you will unlock new stages, copy abilities, characters, hats and more.

For those seeking a tale, there is a story mode, which can be played solo, with a computer controlled character along with you, or with a friend in full co-op. Together the two characters will scale a tower, where on each floor of it, you will fight a new enemy, much like the Smash Bros games, and then at the top you will fight against King Dedede and Meta Knight.
