Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief gets a gameplay trailer and release date
NIS America have announced that Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief has a new gameplay trailer, showing off the skills, or lack of that Ebizo has, check it out.
In addition to the gameplay trailer, it has been revealed that PlayStation 4, PC and Switch gamers can enjoy the adventure of a not-quite master thief on October 14.
If the name sounds familiar to you, that is because the games originally released on the PlayStation 2, but it was one of the many titles that never left Japan, so this remastering of it, also doubles as its Western debut.
The game actually combines stealth-action gameplay, which was just getting going around that time, with a story about the lengths one will go to for those they hold dear. Here is the story set up, to help you decide if its one for you.
On the seedy streets of Mikado, only the tough survive. For one man, a heist gone wrong would change his life forever. During Ebizo's first job, he and his mentor Ainosuke witness the other members of their crew, the Silver Ravens, murdering innocent civilians. Ainosuke then tells Ebizo to flee with the sole survivor of the incident, a child named Suzuna.
