HyperX have announced the Cloud III Wireless and will launch it here in September

HyperX have announced the Cloud III Wireless headset, their next entry in the popular Cloud series of headsets the company has been making for years. One of the big additions is that it will offer up 120 hours of use per charge.

In addition the headset has been custom-tuned by HyperX audio engineers, this headset delivers impeccable audio quality. The angled 53mm drivers enhance sound precision by directing it at an optimal angle, resulting in accurate audio that captures every detail. With the addition of DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio technology, the Cloud III expands the audio into a virtual 3D space, creating a truly immersive environment.

As the headset is wireless, it does not support any cabled connections, but if you are using a device without an inbuilt 2.4GHz connection, the included USB-C dongle will help you you. That means the headset can be used on PC, PlayStation and Switch.

All the more technical information can be found on the official site. As for when you can get it and how much it is, for those in Australia the headset will be in JB Hi-Fi stores on September 8th, or via Amazon and retail for $279 AUD, for New Zealand folks it is a week later on the 15th and priced at $289 NZD.
