How To Train Your Dragon reveals its first teaser trailer
Universal Pictures have released the first teaser trailer for How To Train Your Dragon, the live action version of the original animated movie, based on the book series… I know. Anyway, you can see the teaser trailer below.
If you have not seen the original movie, below is the basic plot for the story:
On the rugged isle of Berk where Vikings and dragons have been bitter enemies for generations, Hiccup stands apart. The inventive yet overlooked son of Chief Stoick the Vast, Hiccup defies centuries of tradition when he befriends Toothless, a feared Night Fury dragon. Their unlikely bond reveals the true nature of dragons, challenging the very foundations of Viking society.
The movie is being directed by Dean DeBlois, who co-directed the first film and then did solo directing for the two sequels. The only actor from the animated series that is making a return is Gerard Butler, who is playing Stoick here, having been the voice of him previously. The movie will release in Australia on June 12 and you can see the poster for it below, the one below is dated for America as the Australian one was too tiny to use.
