Hogwarts Legacy is casting a spell on Switch as well

In between my writing up the news about the State of Play dedicated to Hogwarts Legacy, the official website has been updated with the new footage, screens and more, but there is one big change that was never there before.

The game is marked as coming to Switch, not a Cloud Version, just Switch. Of course, that could be a mistake and it is going to be a cloud game, but so far all the games on Switch that are via the cloud, Hitman 3, Kingdom Hearts, Guardians of the Galaxy, Control, they all got the Cloud name attached when announced.

The odds of this being cloud are high, but then again the developers are masters of Nintendo platforms and while the game looks far too good for Switch, we have seen other ambitious games make the jump over, so this could be the next one.

When it does release at the end of the year, the game will hit Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and now Switch.
