Hearthstone is getting frosty with its next expansion March of the Lich King
Blizzard have announced that Hearthstone is expanding once more with an all new expansion March of the Lich King, which fans of Warcraft may have guessed includes the Death Knight, check out the cinematic trailer for it below.
The expansion, which can be ordered now, will launch on December 7th and bring players 203 new cards to deal with, 32 of them will be free to all players.
One massive new addition is that of the Death Knight class, the first new class the game has seen in a long time, with 68 cards being connected to this new class. One of the big changes with this class is that when your friendly minion is destroyed, they will now be a corpse and the Death Knight can make use of them.
Death Knights will make use of the all-new Rune system to specialise their deck for powerful Blood, Frost, and Unholy abilities. Upon logging in to the game, players will also receive the first ever neutral Legendary spell, The Sunwell, to help fight against the advancing Scourge.
In addition, there is also now the new undead minion type, which has seen hundreds of minions from the years of expansions updated, to reflect their undead status, when its valid of course.
You can learn about some of the cards here, with more being revealed as we get closer to the expansions launch.
