Harvestella is bringing a world of farming and adventure to Switch and PC later this year
Square Enix were on hand at the recent Nintendo Direct Mini to announce an all-new game, Harvestella, which is coming on November 4 to PC and Switch, check out the reveal trailer for this game below.
Here is the games official description as provided by Square Enix
Harvestella is set in a vibrant and colourful world where four giant crystals called “Seaslight” create a stable change between the four seasons. The adventure begins as abnormalities in the Seaslight begin to appear, creating the “Quietus,” a season of death that takes place between the naturally occurring four seasons. During the Quietus the crops wither and people cannot venture outside, and troublingly, these seasons are mysteriously growing longer with each year.
If the gameplay seems familiar, that is because you will have to grow and tend crops, cook food and make items and even venture into the overworld, which will change depending on the season. When you are not doing any of those tasks you can interact with the towns folk around you, take up fishing and more.
Players will also be able to take up Jobs, like Fighter, Shadow Walker and Mage and then head into dungeons to learn about the world and discover the truth behind the Quietus.
The game is coming to PC and Switch on November 4.
