Get caught up on the story of Final Fantasy VII with this latest video
Square Enix have released a new video for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, that will catch players up on what happened in the first game and Intermission, check it out.
If you want to watch it when the game releases, it will also be included within the games main menu, giving you a chance to get caught up before you hit start.
Additionally, the company released iconic artwork featuring Aerith and the Highwind airship. Other screenshots, explore the peaceful town of Kalm, the abandoned Mythril Mine, the summon Kujata, the combat abilities and Synergy Skills of various party members, the Chocoboutique, side characters and much more.
Something that is new to the series with this game is a new dynamic difficulty setting, which should help players keep the challenge going, as the game will scale things to player skill. Though you can also pick the easy or normal if you want to lock things in.
The game is currently set to release on PlayStation 5 on February 29th, 2024.
