Welcome to 2022! While 2021 was packed with amazing games, 2022 means there are more games to look forward too.

Normally the first month of the year is pretty quiet and for the most part this is true, but some big name titles are getting released on additional platforms this month, in addition to some new releases. We have PC folks getting two big hits with Monster Hunter Rise and then only a few days later God of War, Switch owners will finally get to venture across the cosmos in Astroneer and rounding out the month is the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PlayStation 5.

Those are of course all ports, new release wise we have the next entry in the long running Rainbow Six series, Extraction - we have a bargain guide for that already, Switch fans will get Pokemon Legends: Arceus and more.
