Game Pass: October brings in a variety of titles

Xbox have announced the first wave of games coming to Game Pass this October and things are getting confusing, but let’s press on and we will make sure we explain as clearly as we can.

Of course, before we get to what is coming, we need to highlight the leaving games. You have until October 15th to enjoy these titles on either PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate. If you opt to buy them before they are removed, you can save 20% off the purchase price.

  • Dyson Sphere Program (PC)

  • Everspace 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC)

  • From Space (Cloud, Console, and PC)

  • F1 Manager 2023 (Cloud, Console, and PC)

  • Scorn (Cloud, Console, and PC)

With those going, what is new, well it gets confusing.

As Game Pass Standard now exists, there is a much smaller library of games available to members of that teir, so we are going to list the games by what tier you need to be on to get them. Below is how we will list games going forward, which should hopefully make it clearer.

  • Game Pass Ultimate - Yes

  • PC Game Pass - Yes

  • Game Pass Standard - No

If the game is for console, we will only list the console if its only for one, so if we put Xbox Series X|S, then you know it won’t be playable on Xbox One. Dates will be next to the games title, indicating their availability, if there is no date then its added now.

This month has two titles being added on to Game Pass Standard, having been available on Game Pass Ultimate for a while, so here we go.
