Funimation are bringing their anime streaming service to Switch tomorrow.. at least in other countries
Funimation have announced that tomorrow, in the USA and Canada, they are releasing their streaming app on Switch, with it hitting international countries coming soon. Sadly Australia is not included in the named countries, but who knows, it might be here eventually.
You’ll never put it down again. Anime arrives on the Nintendo Switch for the very first time via the refreshing new look of the Funimation App. Coming tomorrow! @NintendoAmerica

This is a whole new app for the company and the versions on the other consoles will soon be updated to match this, which should help those that have issues.
Of course in order to use it, you need a Funimation account and there is no word on if it will be geo-blocked, but again, until it launches, we don’t know either way. This also might be a kick in the pants to Madman to bring their AnimeLab to Switch.
