Flint: Treasure of Oblivion drops a narrated gameplay trailer
Microids and developer Savage Level have released a new narrated gameplay trailer for Flint: Treasure of Oblivion, in order to help players understand what is going on in this pirate themed tabletop role-playing game. Check it out.
In the game, players delve into rich environments, engaging with the locals to advance the narrative and unlock new quests. As they explore, players collect cards that are integral to the storyline and tactics, enabling Flint and his crew to progress in levels, acquire new armaments, and enhance their dice outcomes and attributes such as defense, agility, and vitality. This system allows for the strategic use of gear, abilities, and traits during combat.
Prior to embarking on their journey, players must curate a varied team from a roster of pirates, each belonging to distinct classes with unique skill sets, including Surgeon, Freebooter, and Helmsman. The synergy between different sailors can be pivotal, and executing combos by pairing crew members of identical classes can dramatically alter the dynamics of a skirmish.
Combat in Flint: Treasure of Oblivion is heavily strategy-oriented. Players can leverage the terrain, utilizing height to ambush foes or manipulating objects like barrels to gain a tactical edge over adversaries.
The game is set to release on November 14th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
