Five new Sega Mega Drive games have been added to Nintendo Switch Online today, for expansion pack owners

After years of Nintendo telling folks that games will be coming in a weeks time for Nintendo Switch Online, it seems that this was one update they couldn’t wait to show off, as five new Sega Mega Drive games have been added to the Mega Drive app for Nintendo Switch Online - Expansion Pack members.

The update adds some shooters, RPGs, adventure games and more, here is the full list.

• Altered Beast

• ToeJam & Earl

• Dynamite Headdy

• Sword of Vermilion

• Thunder Force II

Normally we would say they would be up next week, but that is not the case as the games are available right now
