Far Cry 6 has been delayed until sometime in the future

Sad news friends, after announcing the game and the release date at the same time, Ubisoft have revealed via Twitter that Far Cry 6 will no longer release this coming February like it was planned, read the full statement below.

You might have noticed the lack of date in the statement, that is because there isn’t a new one yet. The good news is that Ubisoft did the same thing with Watch Dogs Legion, almost 12 months ago, as it was meant to release back in March 2020, but they delayed it as well, whilst not the same reason, it was nice of them to provide more time for the game.

Once a new date is known, Ubisoft will likely let folks know, but I wouldn’t imagine we find out until the new year.
