Exit the Gungeon comes to more consoles and reloads a massive update for all
Devolver Digital and developers Dodge Roll, along with co-developer Singlecore Games have announced that Exit the Gungeon has come to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 today, which is a big thing, but to celebrate that, all existing versions score a big update as well.
The latest update to Exit the Gungeon brings an arsenal of additions, updates, and tweaks to the celebrated bullet hell dungeon climber. The new Arsenal Mode is a toggleable game mode in which weapons will be available as loot as well as for purchase in shops. Any number of these weapons can be held in addition to the Blessed gun, and can be used at any time. These additional carried guns have limited ammunition, which can be replenished by finding ammo pickups (exclusively in Arsenal Mode). This mode was designed to be more reminiscent of Enter the Gungeon’s gun management.
Then of course there is the Glocktopus to deal with, but be warned he is a kraken good shot.
