Enshrouded delivers a first gameplay look, focusing on the many ways combat will work
Keen Games may have only revealed Enshrouded the other month, but they are not slowing down, as the team have released a new gameplay trailer that shows off how combat works in the game. From melee to magic, focused or area, there is a lot of potential to be found, check it out.
In the game players will be able to use swords, wands, staffs, bows and more to attack enemies, but it won’t just be the two legged folk you need to watch out for. The world will be teeming with dangerous wildlife as well, so picking the right weapon for the right scenario will be important.
The game will also let you prepare for more dangers, by taking advantage of buffs, food and potions and being mindful of enemy types, is essential in conquering more challenging enemy camps. Additionally, players can penetrate enemy outposts using their grappling hook to scale enemy walls, dig tunnels through their defences or surprise foes from above by gliding into battle.
The game is aiming for an early access release later this year, but there is no set date. You can however wishlist the game on Steam, if you want to be notified when that changes.
