I make the same joke each year, but like clockwork Electronic Arts have announced EA Sports NHL 25, their next entry in the coolest sports series around, with it coming out this October 5. Check out the reveal trailer below.

As with all the EA Sports games, details are being slowly revealed, with the first being about the games Ice-Q system. This system is actually a trio of new features that are designed to give players more control over the action than ever before, a major upgrade to the reliability and accuracy of CPU players, and a massive new animation set that makes gameplay a more seamless and realistic experience.
