Electronic Arts revealed earlier in 2024 that College Football was coming back and now we know when, as EA Sports College Football 25 has been dated for release on July 19 for both Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

While we did get the news and the cover athletes, yes plural, actual gameplay details are not yet know. But here is what we know so far, including the official description of the game:

In EA Sports College Football 25 experience explosive gameplay variety across 134 FBS schools and immerse yourself in the iconic atmospheres of college football as you chase college greatness.

The three athletes that are gracing the cover are Quinn Ewers from Texas, Travis Hunter from Colorado and Donovan Edwards from Michigan.

The only other details we have for now is the screen below and confirmation of three ways of picking up the game. Please note that the MVP Bundle below includes the game for current gen consoles, but Madden NFL 25 is for both console generations.
