Dragon Ball Z Kakarot hits next-gen in early next year, January to be exact
Bandai Namco have announced that the next-gen edition of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot will blast to release on January 13th, which is far sooner than expected. Check out the new trailer for this version of the game, so you can see the difference.
Anyone who owns the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One can get a free upgrade to the next-gen version, within the same console family. Xbox players are covered via Smart Delivery, those looking to upgrade on PlayStation will have to wait for the official information on how to do it.
The best news though is that all your save progress will carry across, meaning you won’t have to start again, just note that PlayStation owners will need to ensure they have downloaded the updated game first, before they can transfer their saves, Xbox are still covered by Smart Delivery.
